Fresh Beauty Co. USA accepts pay in full options such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal.

Fresh Beauty Co. USA is also proud to offer buy now pay later. options including AfterPay, Klarna and Sezzle so customers can pay for their items over 4 interest free instalments.

If you have an existing discount code on the old site, please email us the code at support@freshbeautyco.com.au and we can get this transferred for you.

As we have redirected to a whole new website, we would need your support to activate your account on the new site. You would have received an activation email (check your inbox or spam folder), simply click on button 'Activate your account' and set up.

If you did not get this email, simply click on My Account and register a new account. You can register with your email, Facebook, Amazon, Twitter, Google or Yahoo.

Please note that orders are usually processed automatically the very same day you placed the order. However, some orders may take 1-2 business days to process due to stock availability issue or if credit verification is needed. Orders placed on Friday after 5 PM will begin processing on the following Monday. The Fresh Beauty Co. Customer Care Team will contact you with a follow-up email if the product(s) you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, with the exception of sales and holiday periods where this may take up to 72 hours. Delays may also be experienced with an order if further credit information checks are required. Orders placed on a Friday after 5 PM will not be processed until the following working day.

To check the status of your order, simply visit our online tracking system here. You will need your order number and the email address that you have used to place your order. 

Although, we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on Fresh Beauty Co. USA, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via email. We will provide you with a store credit which can be used on your next order with Fresh Beauty Co. USA. You can use the store credit to complete and pay for your order. Fresh Beauty Co. USA will notify you within 24-48 hours if we are unable to fulfil a product(s) in your order. Store credits are valid for 1 year.

Please ensure that you complete your billing and shipping details correctly in order to ensure that your parcel reaches you. Fresh Beauty Co. USA is not responsible for incorrectly completed shipping information which result in your parcel being returned to sender. Please note that Returned to Sender Parcels can take up to 2 months to reach our warehouse. We will be unable to reship or refund your order until we have received the returned parcel.

If a parcel is returned to sender because it was not collected in time from your local post office, Fresh Beauty Co. USA cannot refund or reship your order until it is received at our warehouse. We recommend checking with your local post office if you have not received your order within 10 working days.

Please note that we source our products from many distributors around the world with our major distribution centres being located in the United States, Australia and Hong Kong. This is the most central location allowing us to deliver goods to our customer around the world without any shipping charges.

Fresh Beauty Co. currently ships to customers in over 100 countries.  Whilst many countries, particularly United States, Canada and Australia, do not charge customs and duty on small packages, many other countries do. Please note that your country may charge you taxes and duties on your parcel. We recommend checking with your local agencies for further information on taxed and duties payable.
