Cleanser: wet face. Squeeze out a small dollop and gently massage using finger tips. Rinse well and pat dry.

Maca root day cream: use in the morning after cleansing, scoop a pea-sized amount with the ceramic spatula and massage onto face and neck.

Resveratrol night cream: use at night after makeup removal and cleansing, scoop a pea-sized amount with the ceramic spatula and massage onto face and neck.

Resveratrol serum: use morning and night on clean skin before applying your moisturiser.

Patch test before use.
