Apply a pea-sized amount to a clean finger-tip and rub gently into each sensitive tooth (max. twice per day) for 1 minute.

How to use Sensodyne sensitive teeth pain rapid relief toothpaste: for long lasting protection, brush twice daily and not more than three times, minimise swallowing and spit out.

For fast relief, brush each sensitive tooth first or squeeze a pea-sized amount onto a clean finger-tip and gently rub onto each sensitive tooth (max twice per day) for 1 minute. Storage instructions: store at controlled room temperature 20-25°C.
