A comforting blend of 100% pure orange, mandarin, geranium, patchouli & bergamot essential oils which have been traditionally used in aromatherapy as sedatives for the temporary relief of symptoms associated with stress including nervous tension, sleeplessness, headache, mild neuralgia & fatigue.

Directions:

Diffuse: add 6-9 drops ( 0.2ml- 0.3ml) to the water in your diffuser. Massage: add 6 drops ( 0.2ml) to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil and massage.
